Service and Maintenance for your Climate System
The efficiency of your Air Conditioning solution is vitally dependent on clean filters, correct gas pressures and ensuring there are no leaks in the ductwork. Like any piece of machinery regular service not only protects your investment, it ensures your system runs at its peak efficiency keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. A complete maintence service includes;
- Cleaning of all air intake filters
- Pressure test of the gas levels within the sealed system and adjust if necessary
- Clear the drainage system to ensure condensate water runs away without any water build up in the drain pipe
- Check and maintain all ductwork connections for air leaks
- De-odorize the Fan Coil on the Indoor unit
- Check the connections between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit
- Apply an industrial protective polish to the outdoor unit and replace any corroded screws to reduce risk of corrosion
A general service are available for split system air conditioning systems as well and includes
